BCC Planning Consultation
Since being established, BCC has proved itself to be a vocal watchdog of local development plans. We review over 100 local planning applications every year. These are assessed on numerous criteria from the aesthetic and regulatory to wider social, economic and environmental concerns. We whole heartedly support many developments, but with others we put forward our members' ideas to suggest how they might be improved.
